Second Pride Festival
SpaceJunky were invited to perform again at Second Pride in the Virtual World of SL.
Second Pride is a festival of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transsexual Community.
Similar to the Gay Pride round the world it is created by Linden Labs in the Virtual World of SL
and has been running for a few years now and increasing to more corners of the sim.
SpaceJunky has been performing at Gay Pride for a few years now and every year attracting a larger audience . There were over 80 avatars from all over the metaverse came together for this amazing cause and danced the night away to SpaceJunkys music from the Resident Alien CD as well as some unreleased music which is only available in the Virtual World of SL. Tommy Parrott also lit up the sky with an amazing fire works show and lighting show with pryotechnics and effects.
This years concert was performed at Iridium and part of Vulcania Estate Group.
All the proceeds from the festival go to Amnesty International Out-front movement to support the LGBT people and community from around the globe.
